IOWA! Day 2, 3 and 4.

Day 2 in Iowa was just as fun! Abby and I got spray tans (my first ever) and it was so fun being tan for a few days, spent some quality time with Ariel driving our butts around town-we even got to stop at Fazoli's for breadsticks!, Ariel got a pedicure, I got to take a tour of the reception hall in Omaha, Nebraska, bought supplies for our craft project (first time in a Hobby Lobby- love!), completed our project- chair markers for Joel and Janet, and practiced our flash mob dance at the hotel. 

Day 3: Wedding Day!!!! Woke up to get pedicures with Abby, kids went swimming, we decorated the reception hall with Russ, Ariel, Evan, Dylan, Jacob, Chris, Mom, Abby, Bri, and Jan. Thank goodness we had all that help or it would have taken us a long time to set everything up!

Sadly, the fun had to come to an end and we loaded up the RV Sunday morning and started the drive home. It was windy. Like 40+ mph crosswinds windy. We knew we were in for a long drive when 10 minutes in, the canopy on the RV blew open. And then it happened again. And then a chunk of the side of the RV blew off. 

                                            What the hell is going on?! 

Abby busted up her knee with a rockin' shimmy shake on the dance floor at the reception. Made for a pretty miserable night for her. 

Well we made it home many hours later and full of fun memories! Turns out, the insurance company totaled our RV and it's gone. So sad but really a blessing in disguise. 

Congratulations Joel and Janet! We all had such a fun time and can't wait to see what the future holds for you both!
